Need to skip your next shipment? No problem! 

1. Visit JillyBox.com and log in using your email address and password. Can't remember your password? Just use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it. 

2. Click "Account Details"

3. Click on the link to make a change to your subscription.

4. Under Subscription Details, click Skip shipment.

You'll see a message that says "Success - Updated Successfully" and then the page will refresh itself and your new "Next recurring order" date will be 07/20/2020.
