Are we using a different courier than Canada Post during the strike?

Yes, moving forward we’re happy to share that we’ve secured a new shipping solution for new orders placed from The Market.

What about The Holiday 2024 Jilly Box?

Holiday 2024 Jilly Boxes will be relabelled and shipped with an alternate shipping provider to ensure that they arrive before the holidays.

Why didn’t The Jilly Box switch shipping couriers sooner?

As a small team, we experienced limitations that precluded us from being able to offer an alternate shipping solution in time for the Winter 2024 packing & shipping period. We have been navigating the situation closely with our Canada Post representative and have been doing our best to limit the impact on our customers. In conversation with our representative, we felt confident that a resolution would be found quickly and unfortunately, that was not the case. Moving forward we’re happy to share that we have secured a new shipping solution for The Holiday 2024 Jilly Box and any new orders placed on The Market.

Why are The Winter 2024 Jilly Boxes not switching courier services?

Shipped Winter 2024 Seasonal Box orders remain delayed until the strike has been resolved as they are already in-transit. We are continuing to work through the orders which are packed and labelled at our warehouse and will keep those customers informed as we determine solutions.

Can I get a refund for my purchase that is stuck in shipping?

As stated in the product description when making your purchase, The Jilly Box is final sale and unfortunately we are not able to accommodate your refund request. Again, our apologies, we are not able to accommodate this request. We hope you love your box!
