Shipping Update FAQs

Canada Post is in a strike which has put a pause on shipping of our boxes and market products. We are monitoring the situation closely and how it will impact our boxes during this period. Here are the most frequently asked questions from our community.

When will I receive my Winter 2024 Jilly Box, Holiday 2024 Jilly Box, or Jilly Box market items?

While the strike is in effect, your package will be held with Canada Post. We are working with our Canada Post representative to stay informed on the evolving situation. We deeply value the relationship we have with our customers and while the decision to strike was out of our reasonable control, we do recognize that this is incredibly disappointing and inconvenient. Our team is committed to minimizing the disruption for our customers as much as possible and will continue to keep you informed as more information becomes available.

How will I know when the strike is over and my items will be moving through the system?

If you have received a shipping email about your package, we recommend keeping an eye on the tracking details in that email.

Why did The Jilly Box not switch shipping companies?

Team Jilly Box has been evaluating alternate courier options and accessing the various impacts that our customers would experience as a result. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to stay with Canada Post for the time being and will continue to communicate with our customers as new information becomes available.

How is The Jilly Box working with Canada Post?
