How to avoid wax dripping in the candlesticks:

  • Use Snug-Fitting Candles: Ensuring the candle fits securely in the holder can help prevent wax from dripping inside.
  • Choose Dripless Candles: Dripless candles are designed to minimize wax runoff and are a great option for these holders.
  • Protective Layer: Placing a small, heat-resistant washer or similar item at the base of the candle can catch any melted wax.

I was really excited to receive these candlesticks. They looked lovely on the jilly site. The glass however is very thin and I feel if they tip over they will probably break. They are also hollow inside, so the candle doesn’t stand up straight and you can’t drip melted wax in to add stability. I bought 2 sets, one for myself and one as a gift. I’m a little disappointed to give these away.

These candlesticks are so timeless! I have the light pink ones, and I keep them out all year long. They look lovely on their own or paired with candles. I’ve even used them as vases for single-stem flowers! So versatile and beautiful!

I love both of these colors. I have them styled after Christmas for new years and to bring in the spring feeling that brighter and lighter days are a head during the month of January. I love the way the light reflects off of them and style them with camilia taper candles. Very beautiful and elegant piece to own!
