These Subscription Box Terms and Conditions (the “Subscription Terms”) govern your relationship with The Jilly Box Inc. (“us”, “we”, “our”, and “Jilly Box”) with regards to the Quarterly Jilly Box Subscription (the "Subscription" or the "Box"). 1. Jilly Box Subscription Terms & Conditions
Please review the Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling. They contain important and relevant information regarding your Subscription, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you login to your online portal and opt to “skip a box” or cancel your Subscription.
2. Quarterly Subscriptions
Each Box ships quarterly. Each Box contains an assortment of home decor, fashion, bath and beauty, health and wellness, accessories and lifestyle consumer products selected by Jilly Box. Each Box may not contain all of the said product categories. Prior to the shipment of each Box, Jilly Box will notify you of the subscriber launch date for such quarter. You will have an opportunity to login to your online portal and adjust the size and colour of certain products in the Box, or add products to the Box at an additional cost. If you do not make any adjustments or additions, sizes for certain products will be auto-selected based on your prior order history, and no additional products will be added to the Box. Jilly Box reserves the right substitute products of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion.
3. Payment Information
By purchasing a Subscription, you consent to the storage of your payment information including, including your credit card details. Jilly Box uses a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to assist with the collection and storage of your payment information. Your payment information will be stored directly by Stripe. Jilly Box will not have access to your payment information.
Your credit card will be charged $199 CAD plus applicable taxes each quarter, in accordance with the dates set by Jilly Box and provided to you from time to time. Your Subscription automatically renews each quarter. Unless you cancel your subscription or opt to “skip a box” in accordance with the cancellation policy contained in these Subscription Terms, you will continue to be charged as described above.
4. Product Descriptions
We try to provide accurate, helpful product descriptions to our subscribers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that you use. We apologize in advance for any such errors that may result in an incorrect price, inaccurate description, item availability or otherwise affect your order. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time without notice.
5. Personal Use Only
Products are for your personal use only. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products to be provided to you that may result in a violation of these Terms, as we determine in our sole discretion.
6. Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your Subscription, you may do so via your online portal. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be received by Jilly Box at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellations received after such date will be applied prior to the following quarter.
If you wish to “skip a box”, you must do so by 23:59:59 PST on the subscriber’s billing date, as set by Jilly Box. You can do so by logging in to the online portal and selecting the “skip a box” option. We reserve the right to offer the ability to “skip a box” at our sole discretion.
7. Return Policy
All Box purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not currently accept returns of the Box, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. If you receive a Box containing a damaged product, you may inform us within 30 days of receiving such damaged product. Jilly Box may opt to provide a replacement of such product or a substitute product of equal or greater value.
Jilly Box offers free standard shipping to Canada and the U.S. using a carrier of our choice. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation. Please keep this in mind when providing your shipping address. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Subscriptions are available to Canadian and U.S. addresses only. Subscriptions are not available to be shipped to other countries at this time.
Your shipping address can be updated at any time through your online portal. Shipping addresses must be updated within five days of the subscriber’s launch for a Box.
